What is included on board?
Your guests enjoy the comfort of a yacht in a trackside position, fine dining, live entertainment with DJs and performers, and VIP access with private buggy transfers. After-race concert access is included where noted in your package. Odyssia takes care of the full turnkey activation, so you can focus on your guests.
What is the difference between a private yacht and individual passes?
With a private yacht, you charter the whole vessel and host your guest list in your own corporate environment on board. With individual VIP hospitality passes, you invite selected clients, prospects or partners without committing to a full yacht. Passes include single-day options.
Where is the yacht moored?
In Yas Marina, directly on the marina front, with an unobstructed vantage point over the track and the cars just metres away.
How many guests can we host?
Between 30 and 200 guests, depending on the yacht still available.
Can we brand the yacht?
Yes. Bespoke branding across the yacht is part of the private yacht option.
Which days can we choose?
For a private yacht, the full three-day weekend (Friday 4 to Sunday 6 December) is required. Individual hospitality passes can be booked for Friday 4, Saturday 5, Sunday 6 December, or the full weekend. Session times and concert line-ups are set by the organiser and may change.
What are the rates and terms?
They depend on the format, the days and the size of your guest list. Send us your request and we will come back with a tailored proposal.
